Taking a craftsman's approach,  I build for both aesthetics and practical use. 

Buildings and furniture should be strong , durable, and pleasing to experience. 

I design to accommodate contemporary uses  often with traditional  elements . 

Timber framing with local materials  is one of my specialties--as well as historic restorations, but this is the 21st century and its also necessary to integrate  modern technologies  to create a relevant result.

I work with clients to combine the necessary elements to  solve current problems  and hopefully avoid future ones.
